CHECK-IN

Most of you will be travelling to Rome on the Thursday. The venue will have all the rooms ready from 3pm onwards.

The Bar will be serving food from 12.30pm, so you can grab a bite to eat or an aperol spritz and enjoy lunch while you wait for your room to be ready!

Once you're all settled in, just relax and take in your surroundings - the Borgo is something special and there is lots to do while you're waiting for our Welcome BBQ in the evening!

BARBEQUE

We would like to invite you to our welcome BBQ at 7.30pm so you can relax, unwind and kick start the celebrations before the wedding day! The three course BBQ will take place in one of the beautiful Borgo Gardens with live music and plenty of food and drink!

WEDDING MORNING

Breakfast is included and runs from 7.30am to 11.30am at Massello Restaurant. Pop on down in the morning, grab a bite to eat and get ready for the big day ahead!

If you want to avail of a hair, nails or make-up service on the day of the wedding, please let us know: Clairemorrin91@gmail.com We will be arranging for some local service providers to be on site for the wedding day for those who booked the service! Services include -

* Blowdry €25

* Upstyle €40

* Makeup €30

* Shellac €25

An ironing station will be setup in the Games Room on the day also!

We said the Borgo was something special - and it really is! Everything is on site at the Borgo. So you can get ready throughout the morning, and we will start making our way down to the ceremony in the early afternoon.

7.30am - 11.30am Breakfast for all guests at Massello Restaurant

1.30pm: Golf buggies for wedding guests to ceremony.

2.30pm: Wedding Ceremony

3.00pm: Drinks Reception

6.00pm: Wedding Dinner

Once all the formalities are out of the way, the real celebrations begin - once the dinner is over, we will have live music followed by a DJ to have us all dancing until the early hours of the morning!

Saturday, March 21st, 2026

We hope that you will stay with us on our third day to continue the celebrations and finish out the wedding in style! There is plenty to do on the day on site or off site and we'll have another meal in the evening followed by more live music!

Throughout our third and final day of our celebrations - the day is at your leisure. The helpful staff at the Borgo are on hand to help including helping with transport if you want to head away for the day!

PIZZA PARTY

We wrap up the celebrations with even more food, drink & live music at 7.30pm with delicious homemade pizza & pasta!
